Each vendors contact information is listed in the vendors page. If you are unable to contact someone to handle your problem, please feel free to contact Holly@shopwesternusa.com and we will sure do our best to connect you.

At ShopWesternUSA, we take vendor verification seriously. We diligently review key aspects to confirm their U.S. ownership. This includes examining their legal documents, such as business registrations, addresses, and EIN. We also cross-verify their store location and contact information. This thorough process ensures that our vendors are indeed owned by U.S. citizens, preventing any foreign entity involvement. In the rare event that we discover any vendor attempting deception with fraudulent documents, their membership will be promptly terminated. Your trust and the authenticity of our vendors are our top priorities.

FREE to shop!! Isn’t that great! We noticed several platforms charging the consumer to shop before even joining their platform. We just feel the consumer should be free to shop and support these small businesses just like you would in every day life. It is also free to be a vendor!.

Absolutely! And we encourage you to do so! On each of the vendors profile page, you will see recent reviews. Feel free to write a review of your experience with the vendors listed on our platform. We will review your comments and contact you if you have any issues or questions within your review.

ShopWesternUSA was dreamed up by me, Holly Amen, owner of Baha Ranch Western Wear. We have operated our on line western store for over 17 years (some in Colorado and some in Kanas where we live currently.) We live on a small farm in rural Kansas, just south of Kansas City. My husband, a retired police officer and I raise Scottish Highland Cattle and operate our businesses from our home and warehouse on site.

We truly love the country life and hold true to our Christian values and beliefs.
