Vendor Onboarding Information

• All vendors are required to be US citizens. Your business is required to be located in the United States of America.
• Vendors must have a properly functioning website and must provide a working link directly to that website.
• Vendors must be able to provide their registered business documents which states ownership, location and year your business was established.
• All transactions between the vendor and the customer will be taken place on the vendors website. ShopWesternUSA does not sell to customers for the vendors. Vendors are responsible for all order fulfillment, billing and customer service. Your website must clearly state if any item is dropshipped direct from another country. Your website must include customer service contact information including email address and phone number.
• ShopWesternUSA has the right to terminate any contract at any time for any reason the team deems necessary. We strictly enforce our terms and conditions.
• ShopWesternUSA is not responsible for any transaction that occurs between the vendor and the customer. We encourage our customers and vendors to provide feedback to the ShopWesternUSA team, be it positive or negative. We encourage our community of vendors to conduct themselves with absolute professionalism and to be respectful in every transaction.
